7 Natural Remedies to Cure Your Earache at Home

Earaches can be very irritating. But they don't always need antibiotics. According to the various researches in the field of otolaryngology, the medication for earache has changed.

6. Hydrogen Peroxide


For many years, in order to relieve the pain, hydrogen peroxide has been used as a natural remedy. Using hydrogen peroxide is easy. All you need is several drops of hydrogen peroxide that you need to place on your affected ear. Now, after this, you need to let it stay and then drain it in the sink. Finally, you need to thoroughly rinse your ear with clean distilled water.

7. Neck Exercise for Earache

Last but not the least, you need to opt for some neck exercise to get relief from your earache. The theory behind it according to the audiologists is that it will put pressure on your ear canal that will relieve you of any ear pain. There are many benefits of neck exercise. 

Here are some simple steps for you to do simple neck exercise:

  • Firstly, you need to sit straight so that both of your feet are flat on the ground.

  • Now slowly and steadily move your neck on the right side until your shoulder and neck are parallel to each other. 

  • Now do the same on your left side, until your left head is parallel with your left shoulder.

  • After this, you need to raise your shoulder high in a way that you are trying to cover your ears with the help of your shoulder.

  • Make these movements slow, gently hold them, then with a count of five stretches and then finally relax.

  • Lastly, you can opt for this exercise after waking up.
